David Girls

When we got back from Yosemite the David girls were at our place for a visit.  The kids had a blast touring Stanford and playing at the pool.  Can't wait for our next reunion....

Yosemite

We were able to spend two nights camping in Yosemite at the end of July.  I remember our annual trips when I was a kid and hadn't been back as an adult.  The Yosemite Valley was even more amazing than I had remembered.  There is no other place like it.....

The kids loved camping.....

Johnny loved getting as dirty as possible.....

I showed the kids how to play chubby bunny...

We camped a bit outside of the valley so drove in for the day.  This was our first view of Half Dome...

Did some "hiking"......

Hiked to a waterfall.....

And ended the day swimming in the river....

My thoughts exactly Emma!  It was a fantastic trip....

Emma Turns 5

On July 13th Emma turned 5. She wanted to celebrate her birthday with a tea party. We started the day with a birthday breakfast.....

Then Emma wanted to have tea.  She invited her friend Dana to join us.....

Yaya even flew in for the occasion ......

And then we all went and got pedicures.....

I think she had a pretty great birthday.....

Birthday Party

This year we had the kids birthday party at the park in our apartment complex. All their friends gathered at the park for cupcakes, snacks and piñata's. Emma and Johnny had a blast...
